POMPANO BEACH, FL — Duke Realty's new Pompano Beach distribution facility is now fully leased after a major transportation and logistics company took the remaining 40,551 square feet.
Duke Realty, a publicly traded real estate investment trust based in Indianapolis, built the distribution facility on a 5-acre lot on the north side of West Copand Road and a short drive east of North Powerline Road. The address is 1731 W. Copans Road.
The name of the new tenants and lease rate weren't made public.
