JV Reveals Next NJ Mixed-Use Project

Bennett Realty & Development and EDEN Property Company plan to develop a 104-unit community in Plainfield, NJ.

PLAINFIELD, NJ – Bennett Realty & Development and EDEN Property Company LLC have revealed plans for their latest joint-venture project.

The partnership will develop a new, mixed-use property located at 803 South Ave. in Plainfield, NJ’s Netherwood neighborhood.

Situated near the Netherwood train station, the development will offer 104 market-rate apartment units, ranging from studio and one-bedroom floorplans to two-bedroom floorplans. The project will feature 4,000 square feet of indoor amenity space, more than 8,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space, 115 covered and secure on-site parking spaces and 870 square feet of commercial space to serve residents.
