NEW YORK CITY – CIM Group has topped out construction at its 21-story, mixed-use project, Front & York, in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood.
Located at 85 Jay St., the full-service, luxury residential and retail project encompasses 3.1 acres of land and spans an entire city block with more than 1,500 linear feet of street frontage.
Once complete, Front & York will feature 150,000 square feet of retail space, 408 residential condominium homes and 320 rental apartments.

Residential amenities of the development include access to one of Brooklyn's largest landscaped private parks designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh, a 77,000-square-foot Life Time athletic and wellness center, a wine lounge, chef's kitchen and private dining room, a co-working lounge, toddler and teens rooms, parking, bicycle storage and a large rooftop deck with a pool, cabanas, outdoor fireplaces, a dining area, grills and a heated outdoor theater.
Accessible by numerous transportation options, the project will offer residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom floorplans.
CIM Group is co-developing the project with the Brooklyn-based, LIVWRK. Through the development, the two firms aim to offer the DUMBO neighborhood new residences, community-serving retail and greater pedestrian connectivity through wide sidewalks and outdoor seating areas.
