NEW YORK CITY—Edward J. Minskoff Equities has secured a 120,000-square foot lease from FTI Consulting at 1166 Sixth Ave. FTI Consulting, a global management advisory firm, will relocate and consolidate several Manhattan offices at the 44-story tower.

Namely, it will occupy the 14th through 16th floors in the building, which is located between West 45th and 46th streets. It joins a number of large leases recently signed in the city, including AIG's 545,000 square foot lease downtown and in NoHo, and Raymond James' 160,000 square foot lease in Midtown. Other deals include Facebook's recent lease for 730,000 square feet on the west side of Penn Station and TikTok's lease for 230,000 square feet in Midtown.

In recent years, EJM has made some significant investments in the tower, including a Gensler-led renovation of the lobby, which now features new lighting and artworks such as Roy Lichtenstein's "Modern Tapestry" and "Amerind Landscape."

EJM also enhanced the telecommunications infrastructure of the building, which is accessible to Grand Central Terminal, Pennsylvania Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Trevor Adler and Ida Phair of Stroock's national leasing team represented EJM.

Minskoff was represented by the JLL team of Glickman; Jonathan Fanuzzi, managing director; Cynthia Wasserberger, vice chair; and Diana Biasotti, senior vice president. Jeffrey Sussman, executive vice president, led the leasing effort in-house for Minskoff.
