Seeking CRE Marketing & Communications Professionals

Nominations are soon closing for GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's Influencers in CRE Marketing & Communications series. Submit your nominations before this Friday, August 28!

Through their behind-the-scenes efforts, commercial real estate marketing and communications professionals successfully scale companies and continually drive the industry’s success.

Acting on behalf of industry firms through in-house or third-party marketing, these individuals and teams allow companies to thrive by utilizing innovative communication strategies, deep client relationships, strategic planning, diligent research and consistent branding.

Executing proven results, these professionals establish notable presence and generate renowned reputations for brands within commercial real estate through their deep understanding of the marketplace.

While responsible for offering timely responses and thoughtful solutions in relation to companies’ current standings and recent actions, these professionals additionally guide companies through website relaunches, rebranding campaigns, digital media initiatives, online programming, market research, experiential marketing, client events and more.

However, the industry’s marketing and communications professionals have recently faced new, unprecedented challenges in the wake of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout the past few months, as deal volumes decreased and transaction activity slowed within the industry, professionals within CRE marketing and communications have shifted companies’ objectives in order to benefit the industry as a whole. Re-focusing their efforts on behalf of companies, these professionals have strived to deliver widely-available, beneficial resources, such as market forecasts, risk-adverse advice and useful strategies in the forms of podcasts, video series, blogs, etc., in effort to display compassion to clients and industry professionals through transparent communication.

While tracking the drastic ups and downs of each sector and considering the overall economic climate, these professionals have additionally proven instrumental by skillfully positioning firms to steadily execute deals; in turn ensuring the industry prospers.

With such persistent endeavors in mind, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is looking to shine a spotlight on the professionals who help to continually shape and drive the commercial real estate industry through marketing and communications. Our Influencers in CRE Marketing and Communication series will profile not only the pioneers who have made an impact with their individual efforts, but also teams and entire organizations who have become crucial to the industry.

The power of influence is vast, and influencers yield such clout that they are able to effect change through direct and, more often than not, indirect action. These are the individuals, teams and companies that have had a recognizable and significant impact on the business. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the countless successes they’ve racked up in completing deals, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are Commercial Real Estate’s Influencers in Marketing and Communications.
