WeWork Selects Flagship Location in Durham, NC
The company has chosen Armada Hoffler Properties’ One City Center as its sole location within the market.
DURHAM, NC – WeWork has selected Armada Hoffler Properties’ One City Center as its flagship and singular location within the Durham, NC market.
Earlier this week, WeWork announced the closure of its Durham I.D. location.
The 27-story, mixed-use project, One City Center, features 130,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of street-level retail space. The property’s office space is currently anchored by Duke University’s 55,000-square foot lease.
“WeWork remains committed to the long-term success of our two locations across the Raleigh-Durham market and we continue to focus on providing companies of all sizes with the flexible workspace they need,” states Dave McLaughlin, WeWork’s VP of East Coast locations.
