JLL Veteran Rejoins Savills

Jason Schwartzenberg has been appointed as executive managing director, following a six-year tenure at JLL, after a 12-year tenure at Savills.

NEW YORK CITY – Jason Schwartzenberg has rejoined Savills as executive managing director, following a six-year tenure with JLL.

Within his new role at the firm, Schwartzenberg will work alongside Savills vice chairman, Erik Schmall, Stephen Berliner and Scott Weiss within the firm’s New York City office.

Schwartzenberg previously worked at Savills from 2002 to 2014, prior to joining JLL.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Schwartzenberg has executed more than 200 transactions, totaling more than two million square feet. Throughout his career, he has represented clients, including China Construction Bank, Alphadyne Asset Management, Marchesa, Carter Ledyard & Milburn and Global Infrastructure Partners.

The appointment of Schwartzenberg serves as the company’s most recent major hire for Savills. The company additionally hired Michael Leff in February, whom previously served Savills from 2001 to 2009.
