Final Days to Nominate for Influencers in CRE Technology

Submit your nominations for GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's next Influencer series before October 16!

According to a new report from Building Engines, 89% of property owners believe that technology is shaping the commercial real estate industry, and 84% of owners believe that technology can help the business meet all operational goals.

Though in the past, technology advancements within commercial real estate have transpired slower when compared to other industries, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic rapidly propelled new, necessary innovations across the field.

Undeniably impacting each aspect of commercial real estate, technology progressions have proven vital to the industry in recent months due to the mandatory shift to remote work.

Taking the initiative to generate and implement improved processes by utilizing big data, artificial intelligence and smart mobility, industry professionals are showcasing their technological expertise and their ability to quickly adapt.

In effort to better assist companies in managing processes and better assist clients and consumers in offering accessibility and ensuring proper safety protocols, these professionals are furthering practices through digital lease transactions, virtual apartment tours, communication applications, flexible payment options, in-unit amenities, crowdfunding platforms, telehealth services, e-commerce fulfillment center tools and more.

The industry has additionally seen a significant uptick in more detailed data, as well as virtual replicas of physical spaces, for property managers to better understand and monitor properties through sensors and traffic patterns. Through accurate, timely insights, professionals and consumers are better able to navigate the space and operators are able to better understand building efficiencies.

For GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s next Influencer series, we are shining a spotlight on professionals that impacted the marketplace through new and/or improved technology applications. For this series, we are seeking not only the pioneers who have made an impact with their individual efforts, but also the teams and entire organizations that have become critical to the industry.

Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are commercial real estate’s Influencers in Technology.

The deadline for nominations is October 16, 2020. To apply, click here.

Conversely, if you were previously chosen as an individual Influencer, you may be nominated as part of a team or company, this year. In either case, your nomination must include updated information that does not mirror the previous year’s submission. View 2020’s CRE Tech Influencers, here.
