CODA Apartments, a 296-unit, brand new garden community located in East Orlando sold for $66 million. Catalyst and The Carlyle Group sold the 296-unit property to RK Properties.

The property is located adjacent to the Central Florida Research Park and the University of Central Florida, which collectively employ over 23,000 individuals. It fronts East Colonial Drive, a primary east-west thoroughfare in the area, and is also located less than one-quarter of a mile from S.R. 408 East-West Expressway. 

Newmark Knight Frank Multifamily's Senior Managing Director Scott Ramey and Erik Bjornson and Vice Chairman Patrick Dufour represented the sellers in the transaction.
