National Apartment Assoc. Appoints 2021 Chairman

Cushman & Wakefield’s president of multifamily, asset services, Rick Graf has begun his term as NAA’s 2021 chairman.

ARLINGTON, VA – National Apartment Assoc. has appointed Cushman & Wakefield president of multifamily, asset services, Rick Graf as the 2021 NAA chairman.

With more than 40 years of real estate management experience, the Dallas executive has begun his term in the role.

Within his role at Cushman & Wakefield, Graf provides strategic oversight for the vision and long-term growth of the firm’s multifamily asset services platform. At the firm, Graf has risen from his career-starting position as an onsite porter, to managing an array of assets for major institutional clients across the country.

Since 1999, Graf has also actively served in various volunteer roles, nationally.

As an advocate for industry education, Graf previously served as VP of the NAA Education Institute’s board of directors, and as chair of the NAAEI NOW capital campaign, where he raised funds for industry leadership and education programs. In addition, Graf has been involved in NAA conferences and he previously served as the chair of the conference committee.

NAA’s additional 2021 leadership is comprised of chairman-elect, Don Brunner of BRG Realty Group in Cincinnati; vice chairman, Ronda Puryear of Management Services Corp. in Charlottesville, VA; treasurer, Rick Snyder of R.A. Snyder Properties in San Diego, CA; secretary, Alan King of Berkshire Residential Investment in Alpharetta, GA; and immediate past chairman, Mike Holmes of Easlan Management Co. in Greenville, SC.
