Colliers Expands South Florida Retail Team
Colliers Florida has appointed JLL's Jonathan Rosen to director of retail services for South Florida.
MIAMI, FL – Colliers Florida hired Jonathan Rosen as director of retail services in South Florida.
Within his new role, Rosen will continue to lease retail space for both landlord and tenant clients, and will work alongside Colliers’ retail team, including Jonathan Carter, Dave Preston, Alan Esquenazi, Sabrina Stimming, Nikki Traff, Boris Kozolchyk and others.
Prior to joining Colliers, Rosen most recently served as a senior associate with JLL South Florida’s retail services practice.
He has previously represented tenant and landlord clients throughout South Florida, including Teriyaki Madness, OneMain Financial, Sprint, Raising Canes, Montce Swim, Elevate Partners, Magna Hospitality, citizenM Hotels and CGI Merchant Group.

Rosen was the youngest retail broker to receive the CoStar Power Broker award in 2018. He additionally notably founded the networking group, FORE, which currently has more than 250 members, aged 21-40.
Rosen originally commenced his commercial real estate career in a property management role at Colliers.
