Walker & Dunlop Expands Investment Sales Platform to Houston
The firm has hired a former-Berkadia property sales team to market and sell multifamily assets within the region.
HOUSTON, TX – Walker & Dunlop Inc. has hired a property sales team in Houston, TX, which adds a new market to the firm’s investment sales platform.
Led by managing directors, Jennifer Ray and Ryan Epstein, the team includes senior director, Nathan Jones, director, Scott Bray, transaction manager, Leslie Ginzel, transaction coordinator, Lauren Ehlers, senior graphic designer, Jamie VanWunnik and senior analyst, Chris Cassidy.
The team is responsible for the marketing and sales of multifamily assets within Houston.
Ray and Epstein join Walker & Dunlop from Berkadia, where they led the firm’s Houston investment sales team. The two professionals have closed on more than $7.5 billion in apartment sales throughout their careers.

Walker & Dunlop continued to invest in its investment sales platform. Within the past year, the firm has added new teams in Austin, Chicago, Columbus, OH, Los Angeles, Nashville and South Florida. The company’s investment sales platform grew to $6.1 billion in volume in 2020.
