White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT Acquires Seven Properties
The acquired assets are located across five states and are fully-leased to Fresenius and DaVita affiliates.
ROCKFORD, IL – The New York-based, White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT has acquired seven medical office buildings, located across five states.
The seven assets total 67,110 square feet.
The properties are 100% leased to Fresenius and DaVita affiliates.
The five properties leased to Fresenius are located in Berwyn, IL, Columbia, SC, Little Rock, AK, Solon, OH and Birmingham, AL. The two properties leased to DaVita are located in Rockford, IL.
All of the properties are located near major medical districts.
