West of Hudson Acquires Multifamily Development Site

The property, located in Plainfield, NJ, is fully-approved for a 104-unit development.

PLAINFIELD, NJ – The boutique real estate firm, West of Hudson has purchased a fully-approved multifamily development site at 803 South Ave. in Plainfield, NJ.

The company acquired the property from the partnership of Bennett Realty & Development and EDEN Property Co. LLC.

Located near the Netherwood train station, the development will total 104 apartment units, once complete.

The project will feature more than 8,900 square feet of outdoor amenity space with separate seating areas and a grilling station. The development will additionally offer a club room, a fitness center and covered parking.

CBRE’s team, comprising Jeffrey Dunne, Jeremy Neuer, Gene Pride and Zach McHale, alongside Nat Gambuzza and Trevor Fiebel, represented the owner and procured the buyer for the transaction.
