NetApp Leases San Jose Building for New Global Headquarters

SAN JOSE, CA – Global cloud-led, data-centric software company, NetApp Inc. has secured a long-term 301,019-square-foot lease within Federal Realty Investment Trust’s mixed-use complex, Santana Row in San Jose, CA. The company has additionally sold its 21.5-acre, 702,193-square-foot, Sunnyvale Campus to New York-based, Tishman Speyer.

Savills arranged the Santana Row lease on behalf of NetApp, and additionally finalized the sale of NetApp’s Sunnyvale Campus.

Formerly headquartered at Sunnyvale’s Moffet Park, NetApp will move its global headquarters to the brand-new Santana Row space. The Fortune 500 company will occupy the entire building located at 3060 Olsen Dr.

The property features office amenities, including a full-service café, an 8,500-square-foot rooftop terrace and garden, a penthouse executive wing and onsite parking options.
