COBB COUNTY, GA—Atlanta-based real estate investment firm Branch Properties, recently revealed the sale of Elevate West Village, a 313-unit, class-A luxury apartment community located in Cobb County, GA. The $96.5 million sale represents one of the largest in the county to date, and the firm's growing footprint in the multifamily space across the Southeast.

"Our top priority when pursuing multifamily investment opportunities is to identify rapidly growing, economically prosperous markets where apartment developments will resonate with future residents and surrounding communities," says Branch senior vice president Jack Haylett, in a prepared release. "Elevate West Village offers Cobb County, arguably one of the fastest growing areas of the metro region, with an upscale, one-of-a-kind multifamily community, and we are confident in the long-term value the project will provide to the buyer."

Elevate is the multifamily component of a larger, master-planned community, West Village, which includes a collection of leading retailers and restaurants. Branch has been developing the corridor between I-285 and Cumberland Road for the last 15 years and is currently developing the fourth and final phase of the West Village project, a state-of-the-art medical office building for Northside Hospital.
