Colliers Appoints Director of Global Capital Markets

CBRE-veteran, Chris Pilgrim will work to strengthen Colliers’ investment expertise globally and maximize potential for investors.

LONDON – Colliers has appointed Chris Pilgrim as director of global capital markets.

Within his new role based in London, Pilgrim will focus on connecting global capital with opportunities across region and asset classes. He will work collaboratively with Colliers’ teams across the world.

Through the new hire, Colliers aims to strengthen the company’s services in real estate investment.

Pilgrim joins Colliers from CBRE, where he most recently served as an executive director and led the firm’s global capital markets teams for South East Asia, while based in Singapore.

As an expert in large scale investments and an experienced leader in the global deployment of capital for leading investors, Pilgrim has previously advised on inter-regional real estate investment between EMEA, APAC and Americas regions from both London and Singapore.

With 14 years of experience, Pilgrim has completed major cross-border transactions totaling more than $10 million. He is a specialist in advising on complex development projects and he has marketed landmark assets with values of $1 billion.
