Boston Properties Taps CPP’s Hilary Spann to Lead New York Region

Spann is succeeding John Powers as head of the REIT’s New York office.

Boston Properties has recruited Hilary Spann to succeed John Powers as head of its New York office effective January 1, 2022. Powers is resigning from the REIT in December 2021 after more than eight years of service. Spann will join Boston Properties as an executive vice president this September.
