Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has signed a long-term lease renewal for its 400,000-square-foot office at Brookfield Properties' One New York Plaza.

"This deal is the largest Downtown since the start of the pandemic, an unmistakable sign of New York City's recovery and resurgence," said Callie Haines, EVP and head of New York, Brookfield Properties.

Fried Frank and its predecessors have maintained a presence in Lower Manhattan since its founding in the late 1890s. The global law firm is working with architect Gensler to upgrade its space there.
