DENVER—Dawson Elk Valley Ranch the 50,000-acre historical town and ranch in northern New Mexico, has just come to market. Offering an abundance of natural resources – water rights, mineral rights, and timber – the property is also teeming with wildlife. Listed by Mirr Ranch Group of Denver, the listing price is $96 million.

"With its incredible history, wildlife, and mineral resources, Dawson Elk Valley offers the opportunity to own one of the West's truly iconic properties," explains listing broker and Senior Vice President of Mirr Ranch Group, Jeff Hubbard, in a prepared statement.
