Tishman Speyer Leases 69K-SF at Renovated DC Property

The company is currently completing renovations its office property located at 1919 Pennsylvania Ave., for which it has secured two new leases.

WASHINGTON DC – Tishman Speyer has secured two new leases, totaling nearly 69,000 square feet, at its office property located at 1919 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington DC.

For the larger of the two transactions, full-service law firm, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP has signed a lease for 55,000 square feet.

The firm plans to move into the newly-leased space in 2023. The leased space offers views of James Monroe Park and features an enclosed glass rooftop area with a private conference room and terrace space.

1919 Pennsylvania Ave. offers below-ground parking, nearby Metro access and renovated features such as a larger lobby, a new conference center, a rooftop terrace and an updated fitness center. The building’s tenants also have access to ZO, Tishman Speyer’s lifestyle services and experiences.

The law firm currently leases a 72,300-square-foot space at 2900 K St. NW in Washington DC, which it has occupied for the past 15 years.
