SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO – Fully-integrated REIT Healthpeak Properties Inc. has fully-leased its life science development, Nexus on Grand, in South San Francisco.
The firm has executed two long-term leases for the property with Graphite Bio Inc. and another leading biotech company.
The project is currently under construction, with an expected completion date in Q2 2023. The development is designed by Madison, WI-based Flad Architects.

Located on East Grand Ave., Nexus on Grand will feature 148,000 square feet of state-of-the-art laboratory and office space and first-class amenities, including a café, a fitness center and several indoor and outdoor meeting areas.
