In March 2020, the whole world paused as COVID-19 spread across the globe and with it, an uncertain economic future. Kyle Matthews, the CEO and chairman of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, didn't get the memo. Rather than hit the brakes, the firm continued to expand and hire new brokers. 

It isn't surprising, considering the firm's rapid growth over the last six years. 

Since launching in 2015, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has built a team of 400 brokers and opened 14 offices in markets across the country. It was beyond Matthews' wildest dreams when he first started the brokerage, but there's a method to the success. He shares it and more in this exclusive podcast episode.
