Doris Duke Management Foundation and EOS Investors LLC have leased a total of nearly 37,000 square feet at the Midtown office tower.

NEW YORK, NY – Westbrook Partners has secured two long-term leases, totaling nearly 37,000 square feet, at its Midtown Manhattan office tower located at 444 Madison Ave.

The property’s entire 10th floor, totaling 20,293 square feet, has been leased to Doris Duke Management Foundation, and the entire 14th floor, totaling 16,624 square feet, has been leased to EOS Investors LLC.

The 42-story property recently underwent major renovations to the lobby, elevator cabs and building systems. The Art Deco tower occupies a full city block between 49th St. and 50th St.

CBRE’s team of Paul Amrich, Meghan Allen, James Ackerson and Max Tarter arranged the long-term leases and lead the property’s marketing efforts. The team represented the owners in the transactions and Amrich additionally secured the tenant and represented EOS Investors in the transaction.

“This Plaza District office property continues to be highly desirable due to its excellent location, quality management and amenities,” states Amrich. “Just a block from St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the building boasts stunning views, and is a short walk to Rockefeller Center and a plethora of shops and restaurants.”

“We are happy that 444 Madison continues to attract high quality institutional tenants that are attracted to a building with great amenities, a prime midtown location and a highly experienced and respected landlord such as Westbrook,” says Paul D. Kazilionis, Westbrook Partners’ founder and CEO.
