Colliers Expands in Cincinnati and Cleveland

The firm has acquired its affiliate offices in Ohio as part of its strategic Midwest growth plan.

CINCINNATI, OH – Colliers has acquired its affiliate offices, Colliers Greater Cincinnati and Colliers Cleveland.

The company-owned operations, Colliers Greater Cincinnati – Dayton and Colliers Cleveland – Akron, will continue to leverage Colliers’ platform resources and increase their service capabilities within the markets.

The offices, encompassing more than 100 professionals, provide landlord agency, tenant representation, investment sales brokerage, property management and project management services to commercial real estate investors, developers and occupiers. The

Colliers Cincinnati has served as one of Greater Cincinnati’s leading commercial real estate firms since its founding in 1958. In 2012, the operation expanded into Cleveland.
