Piedmont Office Realty Trust Secures 164K-SF Lease Renewal

The lease renewal, which extends through 2028, addresses the firm’s largest lease expiration of 2022.

IRVING, TX – Office property owner, developer and operator, Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. has secured a lease renewal with a national pharmaceutical retailer for 164,000 square feet at 750 W. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving, TX. The renewal extends through 2028.

The agreement represented Piedmont Office Realty Trust’s largest lease expiration of 2022. Upon the renewal, the firm has only 5% in scheduled expirations within its portfolio for the remainder of 2022.

Piedmont Office Realty Trust plans to implement renovations at the property, including a lobby redesign, a tenant amenity lounge, upgraded food services and an expanded outdoor collaboration space.

Located directly off of State Highway 114, the property currently features a 100-person conference center, an on-site fitness facility and a tenant shuttle that offers access to the Toyota Music Factory and other nearby retail amenities.
