A&E Real Estate has acquired a 354-unit apartment tower on the Upper West Side for $266 million. The seller of the luxury property was Equity Residential and a CBRE team led by Darcy Stacom, chairman of NYC Capital Markets, arranged the sale of 140 Riverside Blvd.
"140 Riverside Boulevard is a stand-out in the New York market, situated on both the waterfront and park-front with direct access to the Hudson River Park system," said Stacom, who partnered with team member Ryan Silber on the transaction.
The tower includes commercial space leased to the Dwight School and a veterinarian as well as amenities, including a gym, interior courtyard and multiple tenant lounges.
