Monday Properties Delivers 300-Unit Multifamily in Alexandria, VA

The firm has completed construction on its class A community, The Blake.

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Real estate developer and investment firm Monday Properties has completed construction on its 300-unit, class A multifamily community, The Blake, in Alexandria, VA.

Located at 2000 N Beauregard St., the community comprises six-story and seven-story wings, as well as a seven-level garage.

The Blake offers studio, one- and two-bedroom residential homes that feature vinyl plank flooring and stainless-steel appliances. The community’s amenities include a resort-style pool, a fitness facility with a yoga studio, a pet spa, game room, a dedicated fiber line for high-speed internet, and collaboration and co-working spaces.

The community welcomed its first residents in March before the development was fully delivered.

The community offers access to I-395 and it is situated within 10 minutes from the Pentagon, Amazon’s future headquarters at National Landing, Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus, and Reagan National Airport.
