Ascent St. Pete will feature shared outdoor amenities and services for residents and hotel guests. The tower's hotel aspect will feature a separately branded restaurant and outdoor terrace on the eighth floor.

With a 94% walkability score, Ascent St. Pete will feature more than 6,800 square feet of ground-level retail space along First Ave. and 2nd St. N. The tower will also offer residents 360-degree views of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

"Located in the heart of St. Petersburg, Ascent will provide an unparalleled rental housing experience in the Tampa Bay region," says Greystar senior director of development David King. "It has a creative and eccentric interior that complements its modern exterior, which is emphasized by expansive glass balconies at nearly every unit. Overall, Ascent connects with St. Pete's vibrant energy and creates an environment where residents can feel like they vacation where they live."

Ascent St. Pete is scheduled to open in January 2023, with construction slated for completion in May 2023.
