Fintech provider Cadre is relocating its headquarters to Columbia Property Trust's Midtown South office building at 315 Park Avenue South. The company is taking 17,000-square feet in a ten-year lease at the 20-story boutique office, which is just off Madison Square Park.

The firm is relocating from the Puck Building at 295 Lafayette Street.

The REIT acquired 315 Park Avenue South in 2015 and then overhauled the 331,000-square foot property.
