Colliers Hires Los Angeles-Based Occupier and Agency Team

The firm has added four CBRE-veteran professionals to work within its integrated service delivery model and to strengthen its regional business.

LOS ANGELES, CA – Colliers US has added a four-person Los Angeles-based occupier services and agency team to its operations. The team encompasses Matthew Heyn, David Solomon, Bob Rosenthal and Caitlin Hoffman, who join the firm from CBRE.

With experience advising global and national occupier clients, particularly private equity investment firms, the team brings its occupier business to Colliers. As agency leasing advisors, the four professionals represent a roster of institutional landlords.

At Colliers, Matthew Heyn will serve as vice chair, David Solomon will serve as senior EVP, Bob Rosenthal will serve as EVP and Caitlin Hoffman will serve as first VP. In their new roles, the team will work within Colliers’ integrated service delivery model to identify and utilize best practices, enhance quality control and create scalability for their clients.

With a more than 22-year industry career, Heyn has built a global account business; working with a range of mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies. As a strategic advisor, Heyn utilizes a deliberate transactional approach while representing institutional owners.

Solomon holds more than 25 years of experience in both landlord and tenant representation. He has participated in significant transactions throughout Southern California and he has served as a broker and trusted advisor to various landlords and tenants.

Rosenthal has delivered integrated real estate solutions to corporate occupier clients for more than 25 years as an occupier professional. Specializing in providing strategic consulting, portfolio analytics and global transaction execution, Rosenthal aims to help clients maximize the value of their real estate portfolios.

Hoffman primarily handles agency leasing, focusing on formulating and executing client business strategies. With ten years of industry experience, Hoffman will continue to concentrate on local occupier transactions and client management.
