SAN FRANSISCO, CA – Newmark has hired industry veteran David Bitner to spearhead global research at the firm.
As executive managing director, Bitner is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of research initiatives. Based in the San Fransisco Bay Area, he focuses on leveraging the firm's deep, data-driven market intelligence through thought-leadership, with an emphasis in the capital markets space.
In effort to identify potential risks and opportunities for investors, Bitner employs a client-centric research approach that includes analysis of international macroeconomic trends, real estate fundamentals and capital markets dynamic.
