The growth of the logistics pipeline in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex continues without pause, with five projects under development accounting for more than 10M SF of industrial space.
The latest mega-project to join the list is the IH-20 Business Park, a 3.2M SF logistics hub that a partnership of 42 Real Estate and SLJ Co. are planning to build on a 235-acre site on Interstate 20, which connects the DFW market to Southeastern markets including Jackson, MS; Columbia, SC and Atlanta.
The City of Mesquite has approved the partnership's development plants for the IH 20 Business Park, which will include about 180K SF of retail space.
