DELRAY BEACH, FL – Atlantic Waterfront Properties is partnering with Side, a real estate technology company that partners with agents, teams and independent brokerages in an effort to transform them into market-leading boutique brands and businesses.
Side assists its partners by offering a one-of-a-kind brokerage platform that includes proprietary technology, transaction management, branding and marketing services, public relations, legal support, lead generation, vendor management, infrastructure solutions and more.
Through the partnership, Atlantic Waterfront Properties aims to further its commitment to serving buyers and sellers of luxury commercial properties throughout Palm Beach county and Broward county.
The alliance with Side will assist Atlantic Waterfront Properties in remaining at the forefront of the evolving real estate market, while it delivers services to clients. Additionally, Atlantic Waterfront Properties now has access to Side’s nationwide network of partners.
