Yotpo Signs 30,688-SF Sublease at New York’s One SoHo Square
eCommerce marketing relocates from 400 Lafayette Street
E-commerce marketing platform Yotpo has signed a 30,688 square foot sublease at Stellar Management’s One SoHo Square at 233 Spring Street in the Hudson Square submarket of New York City, relocating its US headquarters from 400 Lafayette Street.
The recent renovation of the 768,000 square foot property at One SoHo Square incorporates Class A office space, efficient floor plates, new elevators and building mechanics, expanded ground-floor retail, and three new penthouse floors, blending old with new. Yotpo’s neighbors include MAC Cosmetics, Warby Parker and Flatiron Health.
The CBRE team of Harly Stevens, Jared Freede and Josh Pernice represented the tenant in the sub-lease negotiations.
