Colliers Appoints National Director of Industrial Services
The firm has hired industry veteran Stephanie Rodriguez to oversee and grow its industrial business platform.
MIAMI, FL – Colliers US has hired industry veteran Stephanie Rodriguez as national director of industrial services, US.
Within her new role, Rodriguez will oversee industrial services nationally and she will focus on the overall growth of the firm’s industrial platform, including thought leadership, research and marketing. Based in Miami, she will work to establish and expand client relationships, talent recruitment and retention.
Rodriguez holds nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience. She previously spent 15 years at Duke Realty Corp., where she oversaw leasing for the firm’s multi-market, multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida, and led the property management, development and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region. Prior to Duke Realty Corp., Rodriguez held senior roles at Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE.
Rodriguez is a member of NAIOP and in 2020, she served as president of the organization’s South Florida chapter.
