SL Green and the Cappelli Organization are partnering with Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP) and Aareal Bank to redevelop The Galleria, an 870K SF mall in the heart of Downtown White Plains, NY.
The Cappelli Organization is undertaking of the redevelopment of the former White Plains Mall into a mixed-use development known as Hamilton Green. Joining forces with the team redeveloping The Galleria will complete the "reimagining" of downtown White Plains, the partners said.
The Galleria, which opened in 1980, encompasses 10 acres in a Qualified Opportunity Zone in Downtown White Plains adjacent to the Metro North transit hub.
