Cherre Gains Access to Valuation Data

A partnership with Clear Capital adds additional insight to Cherre customers.

Data integration and analysis company Cherre announced that it’s partnering with national real estate valuation technology company Clear Capital to gain a new source of data.

“The partnership will allow Cherre customers to leverage Clear Capital’s expansive property analytics alongside other internal systems and application data, enabling customers to conduct more accurate modeling and better risk assessments, and identify investment opportunities more efficiently and at a lower cost.”

Valuation data is critical to smarter deal identification, particularly in times of rapid change and volatility. Past information can help a buyer, lender, or other party historical background to estimate future value. At the same time, having valuation data regularly updated can pinpoint times when property values shift so CRE professionals can receive warning and shift their strategies accordingly.

“As market demand for property investment continues, the need for timely, accurate, ready-to-use property information has become even more pronounced,” Cherre noted. “By partnering, mutual customers will have seamless access to Clear Capital’s complete set of property information and analytics, including insights from a wide range of residential properties and 93% of all listings in the U.S., updated daily. Additionally, Clear Capital opens the door to insights on properties that are often unattainable, thus removing the barrier to transaction information in non-disclosure states.”

Clear Capital states that it was a 40,000-strong professional network of independent experts that deliver “deep insights” that aren’t necessarily available through other forms. “We provide technology platforms that speed up loan decisioning, analytics that give real time insight into the real estate market and valuation management solutions that provide professional expertise on the condition, quality and value of residential and commercial properties,” the company says on its website.

Some of the data it offers include appraisals and value reconciliations. Also, there are broker price opinions, post disaster inspections, property condition inspections, and rental market reports.
