Basis Industrial Buys Warehouse Portfolio in Florida’s Space Coast Region
Assets totaling 275,000 square feet sell for $31.65M
Basis Industrial acquired a $31.65 million seven-property multi-tenant warehouse portfolio across Florida’s Space Coast. Five of the newly acquired properties are in Melbourne, Florida, with the other two located in Cocoa, adding up to a total of 275,000 square feet.

Basis uses its subsidiary management company, BaySpace, to manage the company’s industrial assets.
