InvestNet Launches Single-Family Housing Investment Fund
Fund I focuses on the Northwest AK real estate market
InvestNet has launched its newest fund, InvestNet Fund I, a single-family investment fund focused on Northwest AK and surrounding areas. With a goal of raising $100 million, the fund will invest directly in single-family real estate.
The InvestNet mandate includes a focus on acquiring single-family properties at discounted prices for cash flow and appreciation across Northwest AK. Upon acquisition, InvestNet anticipates performing value-added renovations and leasing to qualified tenants.
The InvestNet team is vertically integrated for acquisitions, rehab and property management with real estate brokerage Collier & Associates. Collier & Associates has been managing single-family homes since 2015 and currently manages 233 homes with offices in Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, and Farmington, AK.
