FD Stonewater STAR Fund has acquired the single-tenant sale of a R&D facility at Redstone Arsenal leased to a global defense contractor in Huntsville, Alabama. It purchased the property from ACG Partners
The property was completed in 2020 as a build-to-suit for one of the world's largest defense contractors. The building contains office, laboratory, research & development and manufacturing space.
The facility is situated within the Cummings Research Park, which hosts the world's fourth largest concentration of aerospace, technology and research and development users.
