Menesse International closed on the $6 million purchase of 1870 Brickell Avenue, the last remaining undeveloped site with direct frontage on the highly transited Brickell Avenue. Located in the heart of the financial district, the 17,500-square-foot site will be developed into a high-end boutique condominium. As Menesse's second U.S. parcel, the deal furthers the firm's expansion into the South Florida market, with several additional acquisitions on the horizon.

Manny Chamizo III, Commercial Director of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Encompassing nearly half an acre, the parcel provides access to Interstate 95, the Wynwood neighborhood, Downtown Miami's Central Business District, and Miami International Airport (MIA). Employment opportunities as well as renowned retail, dining, and entertainment options are also nearby.
