Thor Equities Group has signed a long-term lease with Abercrombie & Fitch, at 139 Fifth Avenue in New York City's Flatiron district.

Abercrombie & Fitch will occupy a total of 6,750 square feet across the ground floor and lower level and have 30 feet of frontage on Fifth Avenue.

This will be the retailer's second location in Manhattan.
