The industrial market continues to be a top-performing commercial real estate sector, however, there are subtle signs that the industry is beginning to experience slight headwinds.

Vacancy rates are rising and the lead developer in this space, Prologis, is no longer building on spec for the time being. Still, demand is burgeoning and that is expected to continue.
