Golee Group purchased a 101,362 square foot industrial distribution facility located at 6903 West Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston, TX from Lone Star Electric. The seller was represented by Nick Peterson and John Ferruzzo. Zack Taylor of Colliers represented the buyer.
