GlobeSt. HEALTHCARE 2023 will be held Dec. 11 through 12 at the Andaz Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Az. The event will offer attendees the chance to hear from experts in the healthcare real estate space as well as network with one another through such activities as the annual golf tournament and opportunities dedicated to these connections.
The keynote, delivered Tuesday morning, will be spearheaded by Ermengarde Jabir, a Senior Economist with Moody's Analytics, who will give a forecast for 2024. Then will follow a discussion on the state of the industry, with panelists from an array of companies such as Darryl Freling, Managing Principal of MedProperties Realty Advisors, Jon Buehner, Senior Vice President at Capital One, John Chang, Senior Vice President with Marcus & Millichap, Chris Bodnar, Vice Chairman at CBRE, Steven Reedy, Managing Director at First Citizens Bank and David Lari, Partner with Cox Castle.
Other discussions will focus on the capital markets, the shift in healthcare's landscape and how developers are reimagining healthcare.
