Alexandria Real Estate Signs Nearly 100K SF Lease in San Francisco

CARGO Therapeutics will be occupying the space next year.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities has signed a lease with CARGO Therapeutics for 99,557 square feet at Alexandria Center for Life Science – San Carlos mega campus in the San Francisco Bay Area. CARGO will move into the life science space in early 2024.

The mega campus has nearly 737,000 square feet in operation and the site can accommodate approximately 1.4 million square feet of future development opportunities..
