In the current era of uncertainty and fluctuating interest rates, it’s time for CRE professionals to not just survive but to truly thrive! Join us for a strategic round-table, where our panel of seasoned experts will unveil “3 Strategies to Create Alpha in These Turbulent Times”.

This isn’t your average webinar. We’ll equip you with groundbreaking insights that will not only help you navigate these stormy waters but also propel you ahead of the curve. Imagine emerging from these challenges not just unscathed, but stronger, more agile, and fiercely competitive as we soar towards 2025.

Highlights of the discussion include:

  • AI, BI, & HI: Blending Artificial and Business Intelligence with Human Intelligence. Understand how integrating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) with the nuanced understanding of Human Intelligence (HI) can drive smarter decision-making in CRE. Learn how to leverage data analytics and human expertise to identify patterns, predict dynamics, and find opportunity in the market.
  • Reset, Refresh, and Realign Your Game Plan. What do high-profile companies such as LinkedIn, Netflix, Uber, and AirBnb, as well as leading real estate companies like Walker Dunlop, have in common? They credit their success to having OKRs. Quickly learn how to craft effective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and pin-point Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align your team’s efforts and organizational focus, ensuring everyone is marching to the beat of the same drum.
  • Understanding Forward Rates: Mastering Forecasting. Take a practical look at what’s real and what’s perceived artificial when it comes to interest rates. Don’t let “waiting for the rates to drop” be your strategy! Become a pro at predicting the markets and mastering debt management so that you can stay one step ahead in the ever-shifting tides of a volatile market.
