Kansas city knocked Minneapolis from its top position the past four months.

Apartment seekers' eyes have turned to Overland Park, Kansas.

In April, the Kansas City suburb dethroned Minneapolis as the most sought-after city among renters exploring RentCafe.com for apartments.

"Engagement with Overland Park listings is high, indicating strong interest from those looking for rental apartments," writes RentCafe's Adina Dragos.
