Blake is a Solutions Engineer for LeaseAccelerator from insightsoftware. He comes from a background in digital payments and treasury solutions. He's been working in the software industry since 2018. He has helped hundreds of organizations select and implement lease accounting and management solutions. Today he presents our solutions to both new and existing customers, his primary role is to understand the innerworkings of our technologies, and how they can help address real world challenges faced by organizations.

Elizabeth Loving is a Managing Director at Mohr Partners, where she oversees more than 10 million square feet of corporate real estate portfolios across North America. She also serves as Senior Advisor for Mohr Capital, a Dallas-based investment firm focused on office, industrial and retail assets. Specializing in office and industrial sectors, she advises clients across industries on tenant representation, build-to-suits, acquisitions, sale-leasebacks and dispositions. Elizabeth is known for creating tailored strategies that align real estate decisions with business goals. With more than $500 million in completed transactions, she brings strong market knowledge and strategic insight to help clients maximize the value of their real estate portfolios.

Sohail Hamirani serves as Chief Financial Officer & Head of Lease Administration at Mohr Partners, Inc., where he is also a shareholder. He leads the firm's finance and accounting functions, as well as its fast-growing lease administration department, which supports lease administration, lease accounting and rent payment services for real estate and equipment leases. With more than a decade of accounting and finance experience, Sohail previously held roles at Goldman Sachs, Highgate Hotels and RealPage. His honors include the Mohr Partners Chairman's Award in 2020 and 2024, CFO of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal in 2022 and Outstanding CFO, Small Company by D CEO in 2025. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
